Cancellation
A 24-hour notice is required for cancellation of an appointment. For appointments canceled less than 24 hours before session time, the full
session fee will be charged. Payment is due before your next appointment. Any clients with a no show or late cancellation (within 24 hours) of an appointment will be required to put a credit card on file before making another appointment.
Tardiness
Appointment times are as scheduled and cannot extend beyond the stated time to accommodate late arrivals. If you arrive late to your appointment, you are still responsible to pay for the full session fee. Please be on time to your appointment.
Sickness
Massage/bodywork is not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illness. Please cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition. If it is within the 24-hour notice period, the cancellation fee may be waived.
Arrival
There is no waiting room in my space, and I may be in session with another client when you arrive. I kindly ask that you please wait in your vehicle or take a seat on the front porch prior to your session. I will come and greet you a few minutes prior to your session and escort you inside. Please DO NOT ring the doorbell or knock on the door.
Payment
Payment for services is due promptly at the end of each session.
Payment Methods
Acceptable forms of payment for massage/bodywork/Reiki sessions are: cash, credit card, FSA/HSA, Venmo, or Apple Pay.
Inappropriate Behavior
If any client attempts to engage in physical or verbal sexual innuendo or acts, they will be immediately made to leave the premises, and will be banned from ever returning.
