Can I book an appointment directly? Why can I only request an appointment?
My practice is located in my home, so I require an introductory phone call with all potential clients prior to booking.
If you would like to book an appointment, click the Book Now button in the top, right corner of the website or navigate through the Services page. You will be able to select the service you want, then pick the date and time that work best for you.

I will receive an email of your request and reach out to you directly to conduct a quick screening, then complete your booking.
Do you accept same day bookings?
Only for return clients. Introductory phone calls are required for all new clients prior to booking.
What should I do when I arrive?
I do not have a waiting room, and may be working with another client when you arrive. I kindly ask that you please wait in your vehicle or take a seat on the front porch prior to your session. I will come and greet you a few minutes prior to your session and escort you inside. Please DO NOT ring the doorbell or knock on the door.
What can I expect during my first session?
Each session will start with a conversation to determine how you’re feeling that day and your goals for the session.
For massage sessions, we’ll also discuss draping techniques, any possible allergies, and how best to make you comfortable. I will then step out of the room for you to undress to your comfort level and get on the table. The rest of the session will be hands-on bodywork. At the end of the session I’ll step out of the room for you to redress.
For Reiki sessions, you will remain fully clothed. Reiki work can be performed with hands on or off your body, but all sensitive areas will be hands-off.
We will wrap each session with another conversation to ensure your goals were met, address any findings that came from the session, and we’ll create a plan for you to maintain your wellness after the sesssion.
What should I wear during my session?
That is up to you and your comfort level.
For Reiki, you will remain fully clothed.
For massage, it is typical to undress, but undergarments can remain on. During the massage, I will only undrape the area of your body I am working on, all other parts will be covered by a sheet and blanket the entire time.
What is your cancellation policy?
All sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours before your appointment time. We all know that sometimes things come up and life happens, so I allow for one missed session per customer. Any additional missed sessions without 24 hours notice will be charged the full amount of the session.
What payment methods do you accept?
I can accept cash, credit card, HSA/FSA cards, Venmo, and Apple Pay. Payments are due promptly at the end of your session.
