The booking process was easy.

The communications I received regarding my booking were clear and easy to understand.

The overall atmosphere, cleanliness, and quality of the space was professional and relaxing.

The therapist exhibited a high level of professionalism before, during, and after the session.

My massage therapist consulted with me about the type of massage I wanted to receive, my level of comfort, and the areas of my body where I want ed focused work. We had an agreed upon plan for the session before the start of the massage.

The level of pressure throughout the session was appropriate. The therapist checked in and adjusted the level of pressure as needed.

The draping of the sheet throughout the session was secure and comfortable.

Positioning with bolsters, lighting, music, and my overall warmth and comfort were attended to.

I received the session and treatment I asked for.
